Give to The Max Day FAQs



BEI DOU XING is XinXing’s non-profit parent group supporting the Chinese Immersion program at XinXing Academy and Xinxing@West Junior High School.


GIVE TO THE MAX DAY is our biggest annual fundraiser.  We pair up with on each November to raise funds to support our Chinese program. Our goal is to raise $25,000  we need your help!  We CAN do this with your help!  Go to  to make your tax-deductible online donation, or go to and search for Bei Dou Xing.

Laoshi Fund     $3,000

Educational reimbursement up to $1000 annually per teacher

China Sprout Book Fair

  • Eisenhower Media Center

Bring your child(ren) to the China Sprout book fair during conferences!  Find Chinese books and games for your children to enjoy at home, purchase teacher wish list items for your students to give at birthdays or as tokens of appreciation for any occasion.  As in years past, 10-15% of proceeds will purchase materials for the media center

Interested in volunteering?  We need volunteers to staff the book fair.  Watch for a link to sign up for a shift that fits your schedule.  Thanks for your support!

Sign up for an Experience!

LongevityLogoForHomePageThank you to all of the volunteers, donors, attendees and members of the Bei Dou Xing community for making Saturday’s event a success!  If you weren’t able to make it, you still have a chance to sign up for the few remaining openings in some of the experiences.  You can also order photo books here through Sunday, May 4.

Golden Valley Progressive Dinner 9 Openings Remain:  May 17, $75/person – Join fellow parents while enjoying a meal at four different homes in Golden Valley. Hosted by the Burke, Hagen, Li and Ruthenbeck families.

Summer Solstice Games Only 4 Openings:  June 21, $40/person – Come to the Sherwood Forest neighborhood for games, appetizers and drinks in honor of the Summer Solstice. Hosted by the O’Dell/Blatz, Bell, Finlay, Fish, Nguyen and Orr families.

Cave’ Vin  More Spaces Added:  June 12, $75/person – Partake in a four course meal including beverages at Cave Vin in South Minneapolis. Delicious food, beverages and fun parents! Hosted by Jeff & Nancy Litvack.

After School Fried Rice with Niu Loashi 7 Spaces Open:  Monday, May 12, $15/student – Students will learn to make fried rice with Lin Niu. After cooking and enjoying their rice, they will receive a recipe to bring home!


Food and Fun at Pizza Luce

PizzaLuceFlyerJoin us at Pizza Luce on Tuesday May 6th from 11am – 9pm at 210 Blake Road N in Hopkins 952-767-0854.  25% of the proceeds for dine in customers will be donated to Bei Dou Xing, this includes gift card purchases.  Flyers for this event will be sent home with your child this week.  You must present the flyer to your server for us to receive he donation.
