PARENT DIRECT DONATIONS:
Many parents have approached us and asked about making direct donations to BeiDouXing to help cover the cost of our programs. Your Direct Donation is an easy way to contribute, and to ensure that we can provide the programs that make XinXing such a great place for our children to learn and grow. BeiDouXing provides funds for XinXing classroom and curriculum enhancement, community building, and vital cultural support.
BeiDouXing hosts several family-friendly events, including the BeiDouXing Chinese New Year Festival, Summer Play Dates, and the XinXing Family Picnics. We provide our BeiDouXing Directory to all families. We have provided classroom grants to the XinXing teachers to help with classroom enhancement, as well as donations to the Media Center for Chinese books and to the Eisenhower Music Department for Chinese musical instruments and educational materials. BeiDouXing has provided funding for Chinese field trips for the XinXing classrooms. We helped fund school-wide Chinese cultural events to build community within our school. BeiDouXing is also looking to the future by planning and supporting an annual 8th grade cultural exchange trip.
Please note that your employer may offer a matching program and this is a great way to contribute additional funds to the school. BeiDouXing is a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization, so your Direct Donation may be tax deductible. Please check with your tax advisor for details. A receipt for your Direct Donation amount will be mailed to you for tax purposes.
